1.92 Beta 182 Problem

I downloaded the player and the support files for this beta, however, Windows says it can't open the file and prompts me to try to find a program to open it. As far as I know, it is just a regular folder with the files in it, so how do I get them to open?

I really don't see what the problem is. What program is it asking for? alleg41.dll?
A couple of questions more:
Are you sure you downloaded the windows version and not the DOS one?
Are you sure you put the support archive in the same folder and checked that alleg41.dll is there?
