Only problem is that is the lack of the L-shaped enter key. Still, if someone asked to use your computer, it would be hilarious to see the look on their face. :)

That would be awesome. I have about 8 or 9 old keyboards layin' around, Maybe I'll make my own:D

I prefer the non L-shaped enter key. Maybe because I'm used it. When I use one it feels so awkward. Maybe its just me.

Dear God, that must have taken a long time.

Whoa that's actually pretty innovative. :)

One day a coworker of mine switched the 'a' and 'e' keys on my keyboard and I was fine typing as long as I didn't look down - then I got really confused :giggle:

Y'know, that would be a really good keyboard for memorizing where the keys are. So you wouldn't have to look down. I still have to look down when I type. But I do have roughly 40 WPM.

I want to make one. When I get a job at a company, I'm going to cannibalize the old keyboards. Or, I could ask at my school if they're throwing out the old keyboards (they just got about 80 new black Dells).

My source for old and unused PC parts is my dad's workplace. That's where I'm getting all the keyboards to make one of my own:p

Someone should do this with w keys as a gift for Bush to make up for all the w keys ripped off the white house keyboards.

Maybe someone can find a place where they make the key cap things wholesale then a whole bunch of people can bust out with their X and O keyboards :)

Good idea.

Seriously, it might be fun to rearrange the letters of one's keyboard.

I'm also used to the L-shaped enter key.

This kid (one crazy kid, BTW) rearanged alot of keys on all the computers in the library. It was funny. All of the kids that came in afterwards were so confused  And since I work in the library, guess what I had to do for an entire period? I wasn't laughing by then

i love it! i should do that to my keyboard at work, since i'll be quitting/getting laid off/getting fired very soon here.

/me doubts she can get her hands on 86 keyboards, so she'll settle for re-arranging all the keys

I rearanged all the keys on one of my keyboards on my old HP Pavilion right before the HD died. Alphabetically, of course. My mom thought it was normal for a while, but she eventually found out. Its one of the easier pranks. But all X's (hey, the one is black!)
