Ouch!!!

Hey all.this moring I was runnign around in my room and suddenly, I moved my head against my neck and WHAN! I felt a sharp pain. Now, whenever I turn my head the pain coem back :(

Will this heal by itself, or do I need a doctor's assistance? HELP!! This has never happened to me before.

You probably pinched a nerve... or something along those lines. If it continues for much longer go see a doctor. Better safe then sorry.

Why were you running around your room in the first place?? Im sure the pain will just go away.. I always fuck up my neck...

I was running around because we were playign tag.

P.S. The pain is still here....I think maybe a doctor would be a good choice.

Yeah, that happened to me once. The worst pain goes away in a day, but it still hurts in certain places for at least two to three days. Good luck trying to sleep on it.

I get a sore neck every once in a while, I think it usually happens when I sleep in a weird position. It usually goes away after a couple of days.

I went to sleep pretty normal last night, so sleeping shouldn't be a problem :)
