The picture is so clear, and crisp, Xbox and DVD's, hell even TV, has never looked so good.
The component inputs are really what do it. After I move out soon, I want to buy the 36 inch version of this TV.

It's so awesome it even says Xbox ready on the front, in the bottom right corner.

Yeah, I'm in the market for a new TV, and some more information would be nice. What did you pay for it? What brand/model is it?

I am gonna get the 36 inch when I move out so I'll have it as well, they're nice TV's, especially for the price.

Bah.

You people and your specialized gaming TVs...what's wrong with playing on a 16" RadioShack model from 1993? Who need fancy-pants "S-Video" or "Component" cables, anyway?

P.S. that's a really really really cool TV. Makes me want to run to Best Buy...

Nice... I see that Best Buy currently has a 2 yrs same as cash promotion for TVs $400 and up... I may get that plasma monitor sooner than I thought...

Do you still work at BestBuy WL? I have a friend who works at one in Chattanooga, and he says he can buy anything in the store for something like cost plus 5%. I was wondering if that's the case, and what kind of deal that winds up being on something like a $6000 TV.

Yeah, I remember back when we had to run the audio and video signal to the tv through the antenna using an RF switch. What's with all these new fangled "inputs"?

Seriously now, my brother wanted something like that a while ago. It had two shutters that protected the screen and opened out to speakers. It was sopposedly designed for gaming. A wee bit too expensive for us, but I never forgot it. How do you optionize a tv for gaming?

I owned one of those. The only downside to that TV was how small it was. I paid 300 dollars for it from EB back in the day.

And fatcatfan, You pay what best buy pays wholesale for something, plus 10% off I believe. TV's get to be great deals by this pricing method.

Component is way better than any other input, I have such a crisp, clear image on dvd's and games now, it's so awesome.

whatever happened to our good ol' cable? I mean what's with all the stuff? I get all the image quality I could ever want out of those...

Once you go component you'll never go back.

All I need is some good dolby surround now....

Digital erotica. Ever chasing the perfect penis...

Still, that does look cool, but alas I will never have a need for one since I am not a media junkie to the degree most people are.

I'm sure there is somthing perverted when things look more real on a TV than in real life.

That looks awesome, I might be able to talk my parents into one. Right now our primary TV has completely lost the color green. You know something is wrong when it looks like Tiger Woods is playing on dead grass and you see turf in a football stadium that is brown.
