How do I get to Level 5 in Shadow of Evil?

I need help finding Level 5. Where do I get the flippers and the hammer?

Level 5 is to the east of level 2 across a stream. You need the hammer to access the cave like entrance. The hammer is in the Hammer Chamber, which is located in Wizlobe Castle. The Castle is located in the north center land that is called Kilos. You will have to explore the castle floor to find 4 or 5 keys that will be needed inside the Hammer Chamber. The flippers are in level 5.

I played this quest over a year ago, but I believe this info is reasonably accurate.
