If anyone's interested:
A Rainbow Only We Can See (http://www.angelfire.com/tx5/mdarainbowcamp/monicaspoem.htm)
That's the poem I wrote and read at MDA Camp this year. They made a typo, it's supposed to be "rainbow doors" not "rainbows doors". Oh well. :)
That's cool. I bet you must feel like I do.

that bash site is pretty funny, but it's full of racist shit.
Back on topic, that is a nice poem, Monica. Do you write poems often? I could never write poems. They're too loose. I can't tell if i'm doing it right.

Thanks for all the nice comments you guys. :) I don't write them as much as I used to, this one is the first I've written since 8th grade. When I was 11 in 5th grade, I wrote one called The Parts of a Flower (We had just finished a test on Photosynthesis and I was bored so...) and my teacher sent it in and it got published in the Anthology of Poetry by Young Americans. When I was 13 I wrote a kind of story poem, called the Silly Little Horse. Hehe. and when I had Eye surgery when I was 14 I wrote one for my eye doctor (since I had him since I was 6 and he's my favourite doctor) It was about him. And then there's this one. :)

Nope I never really took a real poetry class but we did learn a little about Emily Dickenson in 8th grade :)
You should post them, or otherwise put them on the internet. I'd like to read them, if they're like that one.
