C sets and all that....

say i am making a custom boss, and that custom boss needs its own cset...all of the pallette's csets are being used. how can i make that custom boss the color he's supposed to be?

You dont.

If you've really used up ALL Csets on your palette, you have no more space for your custom boss. What you're going to have to do is make a new palette (just copy the one you were working with before) and replace one of the four level-specific Csets with the boss's.
