Well thats from an anime title screen, so you prolly won't find the exact font, only something like it. www.acidfonts.com has some pretty good fonts you may find somethign similar. If worse comes to worse, you could always just make it your self...should be all that hard to figure out the letters that arent there.

I'd guess its Viner Hand ITC, it looks alot like it anyways. maybe Lucidia Calligraphy.

There are programs that let you make them...I can't think of what any are called right now, or you can just use something like photoshop or PSP and just draw each letter by hand...not really fonts but yeah, it works just the same I guess..sort of. Actually at that link I posted earlier is where you can download the font making programs.

It's probably a hand-painted logo, since the movie is fairly old. If not, it's definitely a hand-modified font.

I doubt you'll find an exact replica.

Yea, many of the letters in that "font" go way out of acceptable ranges for a normal block for a character. It's definitely at least been partly modified.
