a little php help, please...

this is not AGN related...

im running phpbb, and im having a little trouble with my usercp_avatar.php file...

DEBUG MODE

File : forums/includes/usercp_avatar.php

i get this when i try to upload an avatar via a link...

ive tried everything i know, chmodding, ive tried editting, but didnt touch anything because i couldnt understand it, i downloaded a new zipfile from phpbb.com, and copied a fresh file into it... nothing is working...

anyone ever have this problem and/or can help me out?
