Linksys Routers

Ok, here's the deal. I am thoroughly confused by routers. I'm trying to play this game (Asheron's Call) that uses port 9000. so I enter in the IP address of the router and set it up under the Port Forwarding panel in Advanced Options. Well, that's great, but now it only works on one computer. I have 2 accounts for this game, and, if you play it, it is a lot of help to have 2 open at the same time. Can anyone help?

Did you try the knowledge base at Linksys website? I had the same problem with my Warcraft III... try that and try Asheron's Calls website, your bound to find a solution there.

Ask at IGN's asheron forum, they know all sorts of weird workarounds there. As I recall, one guy even got the game to run on linux.

I don't know if this works, but have you tried making two entries and each having them forward to port 9000. Like, say you wanted to have it forward the port to 192.168.1.100 and 192.168.1.101, why not just create an entry with each and have it forward to port 9000?

Gdorf- tried it, it says it can't create a duplicate port.
