Are the warp rings used for the three stair warps? and if so, how do I use them?

No, warp rings are wrapped around the male genitals before an erection is achieved. The purpose is to constrict the flow of blood so that, after an erection is achieved, it is maintained. The vessels that take blood OUT of the shaft are closer to the surface than those that deliver blood INTO the member. This probably won't help your erection stay up TOO much longer, but might give you a more stiff, bat-like erection while it lasts.

If you want prices on warp rings, the internet has many sites that will deliver them to your door in nondescript, brown packages so your children and mexican love-child will not see it until you unleash it on them.

3-Stair warps aren't really used as warp rings anymore, or at least in any quest I've seen lately. They've pretty much been completely forgotten about by now.

I believe Cloral has a very good use for it. You can check up on it somewhere in a thread to the top of this forum. It's pinned.

I just ask because I am trying to set up a three-stair warp but don't know how.

Try looking at Alpha Dawg's Tutorial or Idon'tknow's tutorial. I'm almost 100% positive that one describes setting one up, not like anyone uses 3stair warps anymore anyway. =/

IDK's has nothing on 3-stair warps and Alphadawg's says use warp rings.

That's the Three-Stairs Warp Tutorial, just follow what it says and you'll have one in no time. Yes, Warp rings is how you do it.
