As far as I know, the last beta that was released was the b183, which at first came with one of the custom quests.


However, that beta still had "the dreaded map bug" that eventually caused me to leave ZC (one reason anyway). I abused the map on quests whenever I could.:laughing:


Anyway, I know that one of the recent private betas fixed that, but I want confirmation that said beta or later was released or not. I'm definitely thinking of returning to the ZC scene, if just for Questing.

I believe it has been fixed. Chaeck the Frozen topic AZC ongoing beta reports for more information. the frozen topic is in this forum. :p

Direct from the testers - FCF fixed the map bug in 1.92a184. you can no longer select a map that isn't in your set.

we currently have a187, but DN is on 1.93a2.

You have a187, DN has 1.93a2...but what can WE (regular players) play with? I'm sorry if I asked improperly.

It IS fixed! It was fixed in 183!

I think.... Otherwise, it works on my com but no other.

ok, but where can we find that version, with working links. I need it but all links I try are dead.

I had 183...it wasn't fixed then. Also, is 183 the latest public beta? That's my main question.

183 was the latest public beta, to my knowledge. I thought 182 was, but apparently people say 183 was..I dunno.

Ok, beta 183 is the latest PLAYER, the latest build (ZQuest) is beta 182. Go to Tsukuru's site for the ZC Downloads if no links are working. his all work and his Support Archive is 2 parts, probably for Uploading's sake.

I should know, I was the one who first released the 183 player. 182 IS the current build, but 183 is the player that was released with Hidden Duality.

And 183 is the player that still has the map bug...

Alright, I guess i'll have to wait a bit longer.

There is an official 183 Zquest TOO!! But it's just the DOS version. Check Pure ZC.

As far as I know, the 183 version let a player see the map ....ONCE....!!!!

If you want to see the map a second time, ....KABOUM....!!!! The map bug is still very well there.

DC used to keep us informed with the evolution of the program. If I'm not wrong, the last update date back in June. Well, one can take some vacation during summer time.

Now that September is back, I would very much appreciate, «DAMN am I politicaly correct», to see a new version available soon.
