Need some help finding a ps1 rpg

I'm trying to find a certain ps1 rpg. I can't remember the name but i know the story had to do about 3 floating lands with the last few people on it. You were taking a chunck away at the start to keep it floating. I also remeber there being a bird, and the game having bad english voice acting... Can anyone tell me what the name of the game is?
