There has been lots of criticism surrounding the "top secret" Patriot Act, the Victory Act, and The Patriot Act's senior, Patriot Act II. And with reason.

The government has been hiding bills from the public as closely as possible in order to better aid law enforcement, or so it says. Through luck , the Patriot Act II was faxed to a non-partisan group, and www.pbs.org has it up for display.

What is with the government and these strange actions lately? One can only speculate.

The big name behind these anonymous bills? Senator Orrin Hatch. The same guy who is in favor of passing a bill ruling out the "natural birth" section of presidency election.

First, it's a draft bill, and ridiculous drafts appear from time to time.

Second, if you weren't participating in illegal activities, you'd have nothing to fear. :)
