She is kinda cute in that picture (not that I know who she is, or anything). The way the hair is up looks a little odd, but I like the big pink thing that seems to be part of what keeps it up. Her face is kinda cute in that picture, and apart from the weave I like the outfit as a whole (well, what you can see of the outfit in the picture, at least). I think she's a lot cuter in the picture Starkist posted than the one Jemsee found, though... *shrug*

It's not that she's ugly, but she just doesn't strike me as especially cute in the image you chose. Jemsee's picture doesn't help either... something about the bone structure in her face.
