Raft problems

I'm trying to make a game that you travel through the sea, sort of like Wind Waker.... but I can't use the raft from screen to screen, why?

You need to have a "dock" combo placed where you want link to start sailing from & then you need to place a series of "raft" flags (#8) from the dock combo, to wherever you want link to sail to
