the loving spoonful did that song--Hot Town Summer in the City? well, i'm pretty sure Chicago has a version of that song--i remember back in the day when i would go to a billion Sox games & hear that song; its like they're them--"hot town, summer in the city--back 'a my neck gettin dirty & gritty...but tonight its a different world--go out & find a girl..dance tonight, it'll b alright"--an oldie but goodie--i like the ataris as well--they rock!

I like Soak Up the Sun by Sheryl Crow. That's the only song I can think of that reminds me of Summer.

Sadly enough but Limp Bizkit - Rolling reminds me of a specific summer a few years ago, and I'm not sure why. But the way it brings the memory back is amazing.
