Ah yes, that wonderful combination you see quite a lot on the internet. And it doesn't work.

I don't know if it's my computer or if it's disabled somewhere, but I know I can't use it. If anyone else knows how I can fix it, then by all means, help.

all it does is save in ASCII mode rather than binary. or the other way around. i'm not sure. but someone probably disabled it in IE either with a registry hack or some 'security' program.

I had that problem on my computer. Check to see if Content Advisor is enabled in Internet Explorer and if so, disable it. That's how it came back for me.
