i get them whenever i am at work, at least 1 or 2 times a week...

That sounds familiar. I've heard recordings with speech similar to that and they say the same things. It's pretty funny actually. Yea, you were most likely pranked by someone who had heard this.

you know the celebrity 'boxes' (little soundboards with recordings of of voices)?, i got pranked by a howard stern box...

A couple of kids I know use that exact same prank all the time, except they use an Asian voice.

Yea, that's the recording I heard. A lot of kids around here like to repeat lines from that. That flash was really cheap though. They could of at least tried to animate it better.

I remember hearing a sample of this kind of prank somewhere. It may have even been an old thread here with a link.

It was extremely stupid though.
