Arrows

I'm stuck at level two in Alphadawg's Unofficial 3rd quest. I found the bow, but I can't find a store that sells the wooden arrows anywhere. I can't find them in a dungeon either. In level two, there's one of those big spiderery things that you can only kill with arrows, so I can't get past it. Could anyone please post where the arrows are?

I think they were in the level as well. If I am thinking of the right thing, you need to push a block such that it moves onto another solid block (doesn't look like it should be possible, but it is) in order to open the treasure room.
