Chat room only contains @Guardian?

I am still banned from the chat, but that's not my problem here. I was going to ask an op to unban me by using /names, and only Guardian seemed to be inside? Is there some kind of auto ban on, or did Guardian go haywire and kickban/kill everyone from the chat?
