You need to keep the old ones as a template, don't erace them all at once. (Makes things much easier) Then Replace each pose with the same pose for the new character. If you want to use BS Animation, the Copy and paste the Link Sprites from BS Zelda (Heart Meter too) and paste from the top down. (First Three Rows will do) If you fallow these is tructions step for step you could mess up stuff other then Link, so be careful and use your own discresion.

Don't forget to repace the Link Csets wit those for you'r new character. Incase you were wondering:

Main Palatte, CSet #6- Green Link
Sprites 1, Cset 6-8 Blue, Red and Gold Link (In that order)
Sprites 1, Cset 9-12 Green, Blue, Red and Gold Link Icons (In that order).

Good Luck!

What do ya mean?

Like drawing Link all over again? Or the copy and paste thing or what?

you have to click on the tiles and hit "edit" it the quest > graphics > tiles page. then use the tile editor as (i think) explained in the help document, z-quest.txt.

If you're using a BS-style Link, remember to set the quest rule. If anyone already said this, oh well. I didn't bother reading all of the thread.

Ya just like majin said dont forget if you are using bs style link go to rules and check bs style animation.

What was the point of that? By the way, if you want to rip Link tiles from other tile sets, import them and "grab" them. Yes, that was an attempt to make my post un-spam, if you were wondering.

No, Im holding a printed copy of the Help File that goes with ZQuest, and it says:

Main Palatte, CSet #6- Green Link

Sprites 1, Cset 6-8 Blue, Red and Gold Link (In that order)

Sprites 1, Cset 9-12 Green, Blue, Red and Gold Link Icons (In that order).

Unless it is wrong...
