whats the most # of maps you have ever used in a single quest?
A. 1-8; a very small amount (just enough for a few small dungeons & a single overworld
B. 9-15; enough for some dungeons & autolayers
C. 16-30; enough for multi-dmap dungeons, overworld, & caves
D. 31-50; enough for pretty big caves, a bunch of dungeons, houses, & 1 or 2 overworlds
E. 51-100; enough for massive dungeons, many caves & extra levels, houses, 6 autolayers (one for each layer #) and my overworld(s)
F. 100-255; fits just about everything you can imagine!!! (over 9 huge levels, each spanning multiple maps, also for 3 overworlds/large caves, and for house dmaps, and for may layers, & extra stuff

right now, i'm going on 19, for overworld, 5 multi-dmap levels, a map for each autolayer (1-6, for overworld) and a map reserved for house interiors..i'm prob not even halfway done with my quest still...

woah jees.. what a question. I'll have to break it down.

Link's Odyssey was 11
new-second and 2nd-182 were both 6
jr22 was .. 13.
jr183 (the latest demo) is at 6 - and i still have at LEAST 20 more to do.

I've got nearly 30 in there, so I'll just say 30.

Go FoW! :kawaii:

I'm kinda stingy on maps though. But this is certainly the time to train myself out of it.

OK. Suppose you had 1 one year old, and it just stood for the first time. Wouldn't you be so excited as to say, "Go Jacob!" or whatever the kid's name it?

Nine dungeons? Three overworlds? Stop thinking like a ZC-caveman; I thought the neolithic was over.

Well let me think....

My first quest Zelda: Ages used only about 13 maps. But the current MegaMan quest I'm making, I'm sure it will be using over 50 maps when it's finished.

And I agree with C-Dawg. If you are using over 100 maps, you probably want to make something different than just "over 9 huge levels, each spanning multiple maps, also for 3 overworlds/large caves, and for house dmaps, and for may layers, & extra stuff" :P

 Not quite. ;) Facet Of Worlds. And I'm 17. T T, The only "Child" I have at the moment would be my ZC Quest. (Which happens to be, FoW.) But Thanks for asking.

Heh.

I think I've wasted too many Dmaps. I really should devote more to Dungeons. I'm being very stingy on them. :shakeno: Too much emphasis on Creativity with the Dmaps.

What do you think? More Creativity, (Like a Separate Dmap for everyone's house,) or more Dungeon Span. (I.e, One Dmap per Dungeon Floor.)
