Upgrading Passwords and Cheat Codes

I've figured out that upgrading a map from v1.84 to v1.90 changes the cheat codes if you try play with them and possibly change the password if you try to edit it with ZQuest. If anyone has any information on this subject or tips on how to keep this from happening please feel free to post.

why not just remove them before upgrading?

I also thinks it is wise to keep a copy of your quest (up to date) unpassworded

well i would have done that if i had known upgrading it would screw the password and i cant undo it now
