How do you edit how Link and everything else in the blue/red ring:banghead: colors

Go to Quest > Graphics > Palettes > Sprites then choose Extra Sprite Palette #1. Link's sprite palettes for blue, red, and gold ring (in that order) are csets 6, 7, and 8.

You might also want to change the game icon csets for no ring, blue, red, and gold (in that order) in csets 9, 10, 11, and 12 of the same palette.
