a question concerning palettes

i'm trying to make my dungeons have pure tileset and my extirior have the descendant tileset, so is there any way to export the decendant overworld palette so that i don't have to re-do it manually (most likely messing up)?

yes. make a screen with the decendant overworld palette, and take a screenshot, then import into your quest using the palette grabber.

A more accureate way woud be to cut and paste all the csets into another quest.
