House huntin', that is. Rates are too low, my rent is getting too high (for the size of the place), and i think it's high time i didn't live in a vertical shoebox.

i've called a mortgage broker to get the financing started, and i'm spending waayyy too much time searching for houses online. i've got a pretty long list of requirements ... i wonder how long it'll take to drive my realtor crazy?! :googly:
