I need some video card help

I need either a REAL cheap card with Hardware T&L, or someway to emulate it, I just got Starwars Galaxies and cant play it ><

*I'm guessing that means your video card has to be DX9 compatible, if its fully that means you have to have a Radeon 9500/Pro,9600/Pro,9700/Pro,9800/Pro or one of nVidia's Geforce FXs.
