Final Aeon

I was wondering. I've gotten pretty far in FFX. I've ask my friend who's almost beaten it. I've looked all over the internet. What is the final summon that Yuna is supposed to get but doesn't?

I finished that part. I now know that one person with a close relationship to the summoner dies and becomes the Aeon. But I still don't know what the Final Aeon is.

Fayth = Shiva, Ifrit, Bahamut, etc.
Killed Person = ????
