Flags & Secret SFX Question

In my dungeon room I have a trigger perm combo using the button tile. When Link steps on this, a number of secret flags (#16-18) are activated. How do I get it to play the secret SFX when Link steps on the button?

i think that the secret sound was, for some reason or another, disabled when using trigger combos, which is kinda wierd--but it makes sense in some situations
