Poll: Do you want to see another attempt at voice acting in FFXII?

I personally wouldn't mind if they went with the same approach that they did with Kingdom Hearts. That had some really good voice acting for the most part. Just no more Yuna...please...

I would like to see some more voice acting, if they would just take some pride in it and get the lip sync right!

That's almost impossible, considering the lip movement was meant for japanese voice actors. I don't care either way, but if voices are to be in it, I'd want english.:)

I'd like voice acting (I thought Dark Cloud 2 had great voice acting) I hope they hve voice acting in Crystal Chronicals though, I'm getting bored of the usual grunts from most characters

Yes. I thought the voice acting in FFX was excellent, and it should continue provided the quality of voice acting is maintained or improved upon.

It doesn't matter either way for me, since I most likely won't play it, but I wish companies today would focus more on gameplay and creativity then with gorgeous visuals and excellent voice-acting.

Voice Acting is unimportant in my opinion I spend at least 24 hours in a week playing Video Games, and if there is voice acting, chances are I will skip it...

Though It might be a good Idea... Isn't FFXII supposed to be a massive multiplayer?

In which case if the question is about voice chat then Hell Yes you should have it!

I can't talk enough smack on X-Box live you Firemoth piloting sissies!!

Voice acting would be nice, but I want it in English if it's present. I have one game with Japanese voice acting (Mega Man X6) and it's really annoying that you can't understand the characters talking (though the words are printed on the screen, it's not the same thing).

Yeah, I agree Thunderbird. That one game 2 had a japanese voice cating in it. Yeah...I'll repost this tomorrow when I know what I'm talking about.

Oh yea, Evolution 2 or something...maybei I'm rong. Fuck you.

I loved the voices in FFX also. I think there should be more voices.

I have MMX6, and I hate the Japanese talking and having the words on bottom, it looks gay. Now if they do have voice acting, they should get english voices for release in North America, like FFX, those were very good.

Doesn't matter to me. I'm of the opinion that FFX's voice acting was above average...there were a few I didn't care for (Tidus), but Square did a good job overall. If they do put VA in FFXII, I want English voices...there are good English-speaking voice actors, it's just the developer's fault that they don't know (or care to know) who they are...Star Ocean 2, anyone?

Voice actors are based on preference. What you may like, I may hate.

it doesnt matter to me either, in my opinion...voice acting doestnt take away or give to the final product. yet, if they pay too much attention to it, other things will be compensted, ie gameplay, story, etc

The whole voice acting in FFX really did help with the story to make it a better game. I'd prefer to see more of it in upcoming games.

The voice acting in FFX added to the feal of the game somewhat in my opinion. However, it felt really discontinuous that the conversations outside of the cinema sequences didn't have voice acting. It made it all the more obvious that they were silent.

Honestly, some of the voice acting in FFX was really kind of bad...

Yuna and Tidus didn't act the best. Yuna sounded way too...bored.

I think it would be an interesting venture to try and keep the voice acting Japanese.

It worked well in Panzer Dragoon Orta, maybe it will work for FF XII...

If the cutscenes will be anything like Xenosaga's, I'd rather have english, haha.
