OK, 2 problems actually, but they may be related.
I started a new quest in ZQuest, imported the tileset, pallet and combo set from 182test.qst (previously exported).
I created a few screens and set the starting point, then went to test it in ZC.
Problem 1:
Link starts in the top left corner instead of where I put the starting location.
Problem 2:
My screens don't seem to exist. Everything is all grey.
Note: I did save my changes.

Nevermind, someone in IRC helped me out. I had failed to set the starting screen, which I hadn't needed to do before because I was starting in the top left corner.
