Dmap 2 Dmap

How would you put Link let say The GraveYard and Hyrule, They are seperate Dmaps, different MIDIs, ect. Can they be on the same map. If they can/can't, how would I do that warp thingy or whatever.

They can be on the same map, just have a sidewarp wherever you want the dmaps to change.
