How do you set # maps on 1 dmap?

Oh, I don't think it's actually possible. :shakeno: Dmaps have a map #, not the other way around. So each Dmap can only take place on one map. However, you can set the Level # to be the same for the two Dmaps, which will make things a whole lot easier. This means that you can share the map information, as well as the compass, (if you want. The compass goes by the Dmap, I believe. Whether you HAVE the compass or not can be determined also by level #, and can be set in init. data.

In any quest, you always require Dmaps for events, overworlds, dungeon lvls, dungeon bosses, etc.

You may end up creating lots of Dmaps which use the same map, like say for a dungeon, there could be a Dmap for the dungeon lvl, a Dmap for the boss, a Dmap for the Triforce.
All of these Dmaps listed above use the same Map.

So Dmaps & Maps are inter-related, inter-twined & inter-connected. You can't have a Dmap without a Map & vice-versa in quests.

What would be the purpous of having a separate dmap for the triforce?

If you want the triforce room to have different midi than the rest of the level, then the Triforce room needs own DMap.
