How do I save my game progress in Zelda Classic?

I just got Zelda Classic and I have been playing it a while. It is very fun but I don't know how to save where I am in the game. Thanks...

Just like the original Zelda: You can save when you die. I think there's also some sort of menu option that'll let you save... but I haven't used the program in a while, so I don't remember.

Go to File > Quit. It does the same as the fast quit option on the original NES, and from there you can Continue, Save, or Retry.
