OoT tiles

In case you didn't see the 4 Swords thread, I looking for Ocarina of Time tiles. Some guy named NoeL has a quest called Hero of Time at Pure ZC. I am a crappy artist and I cannot draw. The quest had (I think) excellent tiles. I even liked the quest.

I want to know did someone make the tiles for them for him or he made them on his own. Oh and if I need to contact him NoeL or something... sorry for not saying I want those darn tiles!
