I just saw this movie and it was great! One of the better Japanimations I have seen. It was a little boring in the beginning, but it got reved up nearer to the end. I strongly recommend this movie.

You should've put this in GAD. We're in need of some more posts :p . Seriously though, I haven't seen it yet but I've heard good things about it, so I might watch it eventually...

jman is right; this would have been better suited in GAD. (That's what we have GAD for. :kawaii: ) That said, it's okay in GD too.

I haven't seen Spirited Away yet, but I have a tape sitting at home. I can't watch the tape right at the moment, because the power is out in my house... (I'm at school posting.) Oh, and the tape is in Japanese... not subtitled... so it's going to be a challenge to my Japanese language skills.

It looked ok. I might look for it when I get the chance to rent it.

I thought it was, well, forgettable. It really wasn't my kind of anime, I guess. Some of it was fun (about 30 minutes in it got interesting, and stayed that way for maybe 10 minutes) but otherwise...

Great movie. Absolutely wonderful.

And inori, do yourself a favor and get the DVD. Part of the deal with Miyazaki is that they wouldn't touch any of the frames, so it's completely uncut.

I loved this movie, I rented it a few weeks ago and ended up buying it the next day. Awesome movie, I love it, the best anime movie I own.

Dude. This.. This was truly the best movie that I've ever seen. And I went crazy over the Matrix when I had seen it about 2 years after it was popular. Truly the greatest movie...

I watched the previews and I am very amazed that Disney makes anime. I liked Spirited Away, my bro is watching it now.:D

Disney didn't make it. Dont give them any more credit than they deserve.

The movie was made by Studio Ghibli over in Japan, and Miyazaki-san is considered the modern day Walt Disney over there.

Disney only publishes the movies here in America. The only credit I give them is that they inspired the anime style, nothing more...
