There's a room separated by a pit and across the pit is an unlit torch. How do I move across that room? Thanks.

Use your fire boomerang diagonally. That fire from the boomerang lights the torch.

I managed to progress & I ended up in a room with a crystal & a round tile. How to trigger this crystal?

Thanks for the fire boomerang hint.

The crystal in the room before the boss requires reflected magic to activate, much like that mirrorobe running about. (At least that's what I recall)

Actually, just aim the wand directly at the round tile will activate the crystal.

I just completed the game but am missing the magic upgrade.
Any idea where is the guy who gives the 1/2 magic?

you know thats why they are kept secret so people can enjoy the qst instead of telling where everything is ya know im not being mean but try to find them yourself to enjoy the game more

Well, if you check the other HD posts, most of the secrets have been revealed becoz people have been asking many questions, so does it bother you if I ask some final questions so I can at least complete this quest?

No not really it doesn't, but i know that leaking secrets does tend to get others mad and im just caring for the others out there thats all ya know, if anything i prefer people to im the person that needs help, so others don't get mad for secrets that could of made them enjoy the difficulty on finding the stuff. But other then that im not mad at ya for asking.

I know that most quest makers don't like their secrets to be revealed, but they wouldn't mind to offer help if it concerns their quest. Just a hint or two would be great help.

Just remember this forum is for discussing custom quests & it involves seeking help. So isn't it pointless to ask someone to try solve the problem themselves when they are already stuck & can't seem to find the solution?

I don't think you should be bothered by people asking questions since that's the norm here & if you are, then perhaps you are in the wrong forum :)
