Why don't cars have go lights?

Okay due to not being totally myself while driving down the highway yestaday....I came up with a weird question.

Why dont cars have go lights?

I thought of this cause I went flying up behind some idiot whos brake lights werent on. He was coasting so he could slow down for a right turn...

So I was thinking....Cars tail-lights should be green when your foot is on the gas, red when on the brake and when your foot isn't on any pedal, it could be yellow.


Interesting proposition eh? I should mod my car so it has them. that would be quite interesting...Funny the thinkgs you think of when your on alot of drugs, tired and driving way too fast.

Interesting idea but i have a better one get all the dumb ass drivers off the road i hate it when people ride my ass i like to go fast to but not all the time what is the point of being in a hurry the only time i go fast is when i am having fun not cause i am in a hurry. back on the subject of the lights that would be to many damn light and it would make cars ugly as hell and it would confus people but that is just what i think.

I like when I'm going 10 over and someone is riding my ass... then I slow down to the speed limit and, of course, they're still on my ass (not taking the hint). So, I go to about 5 under, and keep going until they either pass me, hit me, or back off :)

Bleh, just get a radar gun and you'll always know how fast the guy in front of you is going ;)

The idea just popped into my brain...

And being as small as my brain is I keep thinking about it.

Just the thought makes it an interesting prospect. And it could look cool as hell.

It would help though, if you can tell when someone's pressing on the gas, or brake. Easier for a traffic stop.:p

But i find it hilarious when you are going slow and then in your side mirror you see tehm speeding pass you so you gas!! :) Oh well i guess im also a pain in the ass on the road...

I hate people who do that...I just start pulling in towards them so they think im going to hit them...then they slow down.

Then i get in front and slam on my brakes...teaches those fucks.

I usually chuck a juice can at people who annoy me too....


This other day my buddy had a bull whip and he was whipping cars that I drove by. Oh and my roommate was in the back holding up really fat girl porn....I was quite embaressed...

specailly since alot of peopel know my car. It may be a topaz (and everyone has one) but its the only one thats got tinted windows and people always screaming out of the windows....I dont think i drive under 100 either. even in a 60.

But if you're using the radar gun while driving, it would only give the other person's speed relative to yours, wouldn't it?

I think so. The cops always have to be stopped to get accurate readings. Although, having a transmitter built into your car to emit radar would be funny; everyone else would slow down a lot whenever you turn it on, although when they slow down, and if you go faster than them then a cop'll single you out if there is one. So having a detector and transmitter would be the best idea.

You know, I was thinking the same thing a couple days ago about the green light on cars ..... and besides, if his break lights weren't working, then how is this going to improve the problem?

How about NO lights for no pedal....

Or even better, half bright for no foot on pedal and nothing for foot on gas...you wouldnt even need to add new lights...
