I got tired of screwing around with incompatibilities with my 64mb GeForce 4 MX420, so I just bought a 128mb Radeon 9100 Pro. I work at a computer shop, so it cost me $92.50 OEM. I don't think I'll be able to run it at 4x agp, though, cause I think my motherboard (QDI Brilliant 1) only supports 2x. I'm looking into that, though.

Congrats man! Its always fun to get new hardware. I'm still stuck with a geforce4 mx 440, but I think I'm going to save up for a radeon 9700 or geforce 4 ti 4600. Their prices should be lowering now with the 9800 and the FX being released and I don't don't want to waste my money on something that isn't going to last me a little while.

Enjoy your new card!

Well, I haven't actually got it yet. Hopefully UPS'll bring it tomorrow.

By the time you have enough money for the 9700 Pro it won't be out anymore, ATi will be withdrawing them because they don't want people to just flash a 9800 pro bios to it and have a better card. By that time anyways 9800 pros will be the same price as 9700 Pros. Also if you plan on getting one, get a PRO the other is just crap for the price difference.
