Unification - Please Help

I am playing Unification and am looking for level 4. Where is it, and how do I get there? Thanks

If my memory serves me right, level 4 was just north of level 3. You just have to follow the water line and you'll find it one screen up and one screen left of level 3 (or somewhere in that vicinity).
I forgot what you have to use on the bushes (or was it rocks) in front of the dungeon. Either a bomb or your wand (just try all you have on it and it'll work).

Thanks so much. I had found the level but couldn't get rid of the blocks in front. Finally used the arrow, and that did it.
