Super bombs in pure quest?

I am in the Dark Land and at the shop to buy super bombs, but can't. Is this a glitch or do i need something in order to buy them. All I see when i enter the room is a poof in the middle of the room and then nothing happens and I can't move past a certain point in the room. Any ideas?



Don't know what I did, but now I have super bombs.

You need to get that 'shroom then you can buy super bombs permanently.

Yeah I had the shroom, but it was covered up by a blue jar, but like in my edited post i got super bombs
