Allegro

Where can I download Allegro? I want to make a helper program for ZQuest and I know that ZC/ZQ uses Allegro, so I figured it was good to use.

Also, what version of Allegro do ZC and ZQuest use? I want to make sure my program will work with them.

I found Allegro (guess I'll just use the latest version and see how things go). Another question, tho: What libraries were used for the mod, mp3, and ogg support in the new betas (according to the beta reports thread)?
