I'm stuck. Could someone let me know any of the following: Where's a store with arrows, where's the power bracelet, how do you get to the top left section of level 3?

Okay, I figured out the level 3 part, now I just really need to know where the arrows or power bracelet are. Pretty please?

Found the arrows, thanks anyway. I just figured they had to be in a store -- didn't occur to me that they might be in a level.
