Ever since JJ posted his cg of that bubble thing and the gold, I wondered how easy it could be to create 3-d graphics. Well, after about 20 minutes, and the same time rendering, I give you my first real attempt at anything 3-d, using Bryce 5, of course :D

Oh yeah.. if anybody wants a 1080x810 copy of this, let me know. It looks pretty sweet as a desktop

Good Lord, Breaker, give him a break. It's his first one! It would be just like you to expect someone to start using Bryce and create an award-winning, 100% original masterpiece on the first try. ;)

That looks really good, Ganonator. Keep up the work, and practice a lot with the different options. As long as you keep it up, you'll be pulling off some really awesome pics in no time! :D

nicely done. :) bryce 3d is good at making landscapes and such.
i myself have been doing 3d graphics for a while now, lets see if i can get this image to show up...http://www.ev-nova.net/Planet_Buster/NewVortexSite/Assets/Images/HunterFighter.jpg thats a ship i made quite some time ago. it was originally going to be used in a plugin for the game EV: Nova, but there wasnt too much interest in the plug so i never got around to finishing it.

Hey, for lanscape scenes you should try using terregan.

actually, it's kinda where i got the idea for the pic. This is what WW should have been. Maybe next time...

as for Terragen, I find this program much smoother. The ability to make random mountains is a lot easier to manipulate.
