How do I use the pallete grabber?

You click grab within the palette editor, locate a file, click okay, then grab a cset.

No problem. Be aware that some pictures have funky palettes, so having software that can reduce a palette to 16 colors, like the gimp, is VERY useful.

When I tried it It showed me a picture and allowed me to pick from some weird colors that were not in the picture...
