can the beta reports please resume? i really would like those that are working on betas, testing them, & the mods to please report on the current betas just as they had been doing for awhile...i love knowing what is currently going down so i have something to look forward to...or maybe there hasn't been any betas being worked on?...if so, i think that the "ongoing" beta reports should continue...thanx

IDK, I think they're not reporting because there is nothing to report. What, you want alpha reports now?

I think the latest is 185, and there's probably only bugfixes in there (I think DN is concentrating on fixing bugs for a full release).

Hm. Last I've heard, DN and the gang were just taking a break. A Hiatus, if you will. No one but him knows for sure how long it'll last though. But FatCatFan is on it, and everyone knows he's as good as Dark Nation, so ZC is always in good hands no matter where you look! :D

DN release a new alpha/beta 185 a few days ago with numerous bug fixes. Around thirty I think. Of course, some of our fixes only created new bugs, but.... Anyway, yes, we are striving to slay bugs and push toward a full release. There likely will be another public beta prior to that.

why...this beta 185 is only a private beta?...what bug fixes?..hopefully boss lock blocks are fixed, the bug with bombable walls is fixed, & other stuff..also, i'm not sure if it is a bug or not, but I think you guys should fix it so that combo properties for all layers...also, combos should cycle on layers

Well, I hope a new public release comes out soon. All these bugs bother me a lot, and besides...

i'm calm...was does everybody always think i'm never calm?...& maybe patience is a virtue, but who ever said i was virtuous? hehe. anyway...sorry, i was simply inquiring about the new bug fixes & the latest beta..whats wrong with being curious/interested? is curiosity a virtue? ;)

I'm sure they'll report when there's something worthwhile to report.;)

 Thank you! :kawaii: There are many nice updates in here! :D I have an MP3 all stored up for use. Question. (I don't know where else to put it, seeing as it's just a B-report.) If I have renamed an MP3 file to a .mid file extension, and then rename it back to .mp3, will it play normally? Thank you! :)

See? I told you.;)

If all you did was rename it, it will play fine. Why did you rename it to .mid? Hoping you could fool ZC into playing it? :blah:

If there was a bug that allowed that, I'd definitely take advantage of it.:)

 I have a folder of 1800+ midis. (If anyone wants it, I would be more than happy to zip it. Somehow. :odd: ) I wanted it to play in Windows Media Player, which is much faster than Quicktime. I listen to a lot of midis. :shy: And it's all thanks to you and Phantom Menace that we're able to export the midis from quests. What would we do without you, DN+PM+FCF!
