This isn't exactly the optimal place to shop for a motorcycle... has your friend tried a dealer? At least that way, the cycle would be physically close (here, your friend might end up wanting a cycle that's halfway around the world).

Crap that totally slipped my mind. Well the only dealership that is remotely close would be in Columbus, or as I call it the "Merry old land of OZ".
