Where the hell can I find Level 8? And also what did that old woman mean by something called the "Jimmy eye" is buried under the city?

My guess is that the jimmy eye is the lens of truth.

Your best bet here is to ask over on PureZC, since that's where Grandmaster D usually hangs around. I've never seen him over here.
