I live about 20-30 minutes away from Hershey. I don't know what relevance that has, but I typed it and don't feel like going back and deleting it. So, um... MMMmmmm... Chocolate

Must be for some promotion or somthing, but I rarely eat hershy's much so I can't really help you.
